Abstract | The purpose of the present invention is to optimize the torque fluctuation delay of an internal combustion engine so that said delay does not affect drive torque and to improve drivability and traveling feeling, when the internal combustion engine reduces speed such as at the beginning of speed reduction. The present invention comprises: a target drive power setting means; a target charge/discharge power setting means; a target engine power calculation means; a target engine operation point setting means; and a motor torque command value calculation means.
