Abstract | Obtained by the present invention is a step-up mechanism for a wind-powered generator that is compact, lightweight, low-cost, and has high reliability and long life. The step-up mechanism (50) for a wind-powered generator comprises the following: a first helical pinion (helical gear) (90) that is provided in the power transmission system of the step-up mechanism (50); a second intermediate axle (92) that is assembled with the first helical pinion (90); and a buffer mechanism (110) that allows the second intermediate axle (92) to move in the axial direction when a thrust load greater than or equal to a predetermined size acts on the second intermediate axle (92). |
