The invention provides a household multimedia entertainment control apparatus including a mobile device, a cloud server, and a household digital multimedia device. The apparatus is characterized in that the mobile device has a user-interaction capability and is capable of accessing the internet; the cloud server provides an interactive video service through the internet; and the household digital multimedia device is capable of providing interaction contents. The household multimedia entertainment control apparatus has a plurality of advantages: 1. because current mobile devices have a high usage rate already, additional cost is not caused; 2. compared to radio and television platforms such as closed televisions/set top boxes and the like, development of a mobile device platform is more standard and stable; 3. the mobile device itself is provided with a plurality of user input functions already, roles of a plurality of input devices can be replaced through an appropriate scheme; 4. a control scheme can be dep
