Abstract | The invention discloses a high-alloy steel D2 rolling method and aims to overcome the defects that high-alloy steel D2 ingot is prone to cracking on surface, at corners and internal part, and in a center hole during the rolling process. The invention adopts the following technical scheme: through the steel-making processing measures of adopting an enhanced EAF (electric arc furnace) for dephosphorization, LF (low frequency) refining, VD (vacuum distillation) degassing and the like, the cleanliness of liquid steel is improved, and the roll ability of the steel ingot is directly improved; before rolling, high-temperature homogenization is performed to the steel ingot, so segregation of an eutectic carbide and hot working plasticity of the steel ingot are improved; during the rolling process, through controlling different deformation and the rolling speed, smashing large-particle carbides and improving unevenness of the eutectic carbide, the defects about cracks on surface and at internal part are prevented.
