Abstract The invention relates to a carbazole derivative having a structure represented by formula (I) and used for an organic electroluminescent device, an organic electroluminescent device thereof, and a manufacturing method of the device. In the formula (I), Y represents a heteroatom selected from N, O, P and S, or a heterocyclic ring which can be a dicyclic ring or a tricyclic ring; and Ar1 and Ar2 respectively represent an alkyl substituted or aryl substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon, or an alkyl substituted or aryl substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon.
