Summary: | The invention provides a method and a device for detecting welded joint defects of dissimilar steel flash welding. The detection device comprises a signal generator (1), a variable frequency magnetizing device (2), an eddy current probe (3), a signal processing apparatus (4) and a display device (5), wherein the eddy current probe (3) comprises a transmitting coil (31) and a receiving coil (32). The method and the device are capable of effectively detecting cracks at the dissimilar steel welded joints, the surfaces of other positions and parts close to the surfaces, adopt a non-contact way, do not need any coupling agents, and are rapid in detection speed and high in efficiency. |
