Abstract | The invention relates to the field of eliminating the residual stress of materials, in particular to an in-situ sound energy control method for the residual stress fields of elastic solids. The method mainly adopts one or more focused high-energy transducers, a high-energy focal region is formed in the far field of a test piece by controlling the incidence angles, frequencies, phases and other different excitation parameters of high-energy ultrasonic beams, the particle wave energy of high-energy sound waves is utilized to promote dislocation glide and weaken or change the constraining force between crystal lattices, and thereby the local residual stress states on the surface and subsurface of the member and at different depths in the member can be quantitatively regulated and controlled.
