The preparation method includes steps of sequentially adding the surface active agent, the antirust agent, the inorganic salt, the sedimentation agent and the water into the lubricating agent, stirring and mixing evenly, and obtaining the optical glass grinding fluid. The optical glass grinding fluid is greatly improved in rust-resistant property, lubricity, cooling property and cleaning property.
