Abstract | The invention discloses a silver-saving silver tungsten carbide graphite electrical contact material for a high-performance low-voltage circuit breaker, which comprises the following components by weight percent: 9-16wt% of tungsten carbide, 2-9wt% of vanadium carbide and 1-4wt% of graphite, additive elements and the balance of silver, wherein the additive elements are selected from one or more of the following elements: 0-0.4wt% of Ni-P, 0.1-0.9wt% of Si, 0.3-1wt% of Co and 0.1-0.3wt% of Ni, and the Ni content in the Ni-P is 76-85wt%. An electrical contact provided by the invention has better arc burning loss resisting capability, shows higher electrical endurance and is low in manufacturing cost, and the components and performances are optimized and matched. |
