Abstract The invention discloses a method for measuring concentration of passivation tank liquid for galvanization. The method includes steps of (1), preparing a group of standard liquids with gradient concentrations by blue-white passivators; (2), determining refractive index of the standard liquids and drawing a concentration-refractive index variation curve; and (3), determining refractive index of passivation tank liquid to be measured so as to obtain the concentration of the passivation tank liquid according to the concentration-refractive index variation curve. According to variation relation of the blue-white passivators and the refractive index, after the refractive index of the passivation tank liquid is determined, the concentration of the passivation tank liquid can be obtained quickly according to the blue-white passivator concentration-refractive index variation curve which is determined by the aid of the standard passivators.
