Summary:The invention discloses a continuous extruding device and a continuous extruding method facing towards high-filling white carbon black in-situ modified mixing, which relate to the field of a processing device and the technology of rubber composite material. The whole device is formed by combining and matching one set of mixer unit and 1-10 sets of screw extruding units, wherein each set of the screw extruding unit is formed by one screw extruder or connecting 2-10 screw extruders which are in end-to-end butt joint from machine head sides in series. The multi-stage mixing of an internal mixer is replaced by the continuous extruding of a multi-stage screw extruder, rubber material which is subjected to primary mixing of the internal mixer can be subjected to the in-situ modified treatment from a silane coupling agent to the surface of the white carbon black in the screw extruder under the constant temperature by utilizing the temperature control performance of the screw extruder which is better than that of the internal mixer, the production efficiency is obviously increased, and the forming and the processing of the rubber material in the follow-up production technology is facilitated.
