The invention discloses a composite non-woven thermal material which comprises two non-woven polypropylene (PP) cloth layers, a non-woven polyethylene glycol terephthalate (PET) cloth layer between the two non-woven PP cloth layers, and the non-woven PP cloth layers and the non-woven PET cloth layer are compositely solidified. By adding the non-woven PET cloth layer between the two non-woven PP cloth layers, thermal characteristic of the non-woven PP cloth layers is guaranteed, high stretching resisting property and strong elasticity of the non-woven PET cloth layer are utilized, and integral stretching resisting property and form stability of the composite non-woven thermal material are improved. The composite non-woven thermal material can recover the form quickly after external force is eliminated, so that the structure of the non-woven PP cloth can be protected from being damaged, the thermal characteristic of the composite non-woven thermal material can be guaranteed, and the thermal rate can reach 60%-6
