The invention discloses a system for playing aural signals by utilizing video file broadcasting. The system is characterized in that a storing and propelling server is used for storing and propelling a play file packet; a BS (Browser/Server) system is provided with an audio/video play file manufacturing unit used for editing audio/video file information and audio/video flow which are required to be played, generating the play file packet and uploading the play file packet to the storing and propelling server; and field control equipment is provided with a play control unit used for extracting the play file packet from the storing and propelling server, controlling a hardware player according to the audio/video file information in the play file packet and acquiring the aural signals from the storing and propelling server, the field control equipment and the hardware player. The invention has the advantages that the safety and stability of a broadcasting control system of a broadcasting television can be improv
