Abstract | The invention discloses an ultrasonic atomization film spraying coater. Liquid storage tanks and ultrasonic atomizers are arranged on a machine frame; the number of the ultrasonic atomizers and the number of the liquid storage tanks are in one-to-one correspondence; a sealing cover is articulated at a charging hole in the top of each liquid storage tank; a liquid outlet of each liquid storage tank is connected with a liquid inlet of the corresponding ultrasonic atomizer through various corresponding conveying pipelines; the liquid outlet ends of all the ultrasonic atomizers are respectively in abut joint with the liquid inlet end of a trunk; the liquid outlet end of the trunk is in the abut joint with the lower end of a flow guide pipe; the upper part of the flow guide pipe stretches into a reaction chamber; a sleeve 49 is fixedly sleeved on the extension end of the flow guide pipe; the lower part of the sleeve 49 is fixed with the upper bottom surface of the reaction chamber; an installation sleeve is fixedl |
