Abstract The invention discloses a method for installing a Lurgi gasifier, belonging to an installing method of coal gasification equipment. The method for installing the Lurgi gasifier is characterized in that the installing sequence is as follows: hoisting a Lurgi gasifier body, installing an internal revolving grate system, butt-welding a washing cooler group, butt-welding a gasifier outlet group and installing and debugging a hydraulic lubricating system. According to the method, the framework can be hoisted in 'dual-beam and dual-cable' ear-free binding manner, the concrete framework can be constructed completely without considering the space reserved for the lifting equipment, therefore, the overall network planning circuit is optimized; and the construction period for single furnace is comprehensively saved for 60 days.
