According to the method, the framework can be hoisted in 'dual-beam and dual-cable' ear-free binding manner, the concrete framework can be constructed completely without considering the space reserved for the lifting equipment, therefore, the overall network planning circuit is optimized; and the construction period for single furnace is comprehensively saved for 60 days.
