Abstract The invention discloses a method for determining content of diminazene and antipyrine in diminazene particles, and belongs to HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography). The chromatographic conditions of the method is as follows: (1) octadecyl silane-bonded silica gel is DiamonsilC18 column (250mm*4.6mm, 5 mum) of a filler; (2) the mobile phase volume ratio of phosphate buffered saline to carbinol is 27 to 10; and (3) the measurement wavelength of an ultraviolet detector is 250nm, the flow velocity of the mobile phase is 0.5mL/min, the introduced sample volume is 20 muL, and the column temperature is 30 DEG C. The detection method disclosed by the invention is simple in operation, and enhance the sensitivity and the accuracy of the detection. The method disclosed by the invention is suitable for determining the content of diminazene and antipyrine in diminazene particles.
