Abstract | The invention provides a device for premixing the waste rubber powder with assistant such as a vulcanizing agent and a softening agent with the assistant of the super-critical fluid. The device comprises a high pressure kettle capable of bearing a certain super-critical fluid pressure, a rotary mixing device arranged in the kettle, a super-critical fluid transfer system, a heating and temperature control system, a pressure display and control system, a pressure releasing device and the like.
