The information processing device according to the present invention includes a storage unit (11) to be stored with form definition data containing format definition of a form, an input unit (14) to capture image data of the form, and a control unit (12) to compare the image data captured by the input unit (14) with form definition data associated with the image data and generate information for distinction that enables the forms to be distinguished therebetween from components thereof by applying a result of the comparison to the form definition data.
