Abstract The invention discloses a composite precast concrete rail plate. The composite precast concrete rail plate comprises rail plates and rail bearing platforms at the upper parts of the rail plates, wherein self-compacting concrete filling holes penetrating from top to bottom are arranged in the middle parts of the rail plates; door-type steel bars are arranged at the bottom parts of the rail plates and are embedded in self-compacting concrete layers fixedly connected with the bottom parts of the rail plates; and embedded shear plates are arranged at two ends of each of the rail plates. The composite precast concrete rail plate has the beneficial effect that the rail plate is suitable for any section of high-speed rails and metros.
