Abstract | The invention provides a rare earth-containing high-strength steel plate for manufacturing a wind power tower, and a rolling method of the steel plate, belonging to the field of metallurgical technology. The invention relates to a molding process technology which is characterized in that a slab comprises the chemical components by weight percent: 0.05-0.1% of C, 0.25-0.45% of Si, 1.2-1.4% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.015% of P, less than or equal to 0.008% of S, 0.01-0.03% of Nb, 0.01-0.09% of RE, more than or equal to 0.01% of Al t and the balance Fe and trace impurity elements which can not be detected. According to the rolling technology of the high-strength steel plate, the heating temperature is 1220-1250 DEG C, the heat preservation time is 1-8hours, the rough rolling temperature is 1050-1150 DEG C, the finish rolling temperature is 900-930 DEG C, the final rolling temperature is 850-890 DEG C, and the overall reduction of the two sections of rolling is more than or equal to 75%.
