The embodiment of the invention discloses an internet access multilanguage intelligent identification method, comprising the following steps of: embedding an assembly client into an IE (internet explorer) explorer by a user; correlating the assembly client with a domain name resolution server, starting a database server when the user inputs a Chinese domain name, or a digital domain name, or other designated code; finding out nation or region in which an accessor is located by utilizing an IP (internet identification) technology; and sending preset voices in matched languages and edited webpages to the accessor by virtue of a signalling by a control server. By adopting the internet access multilanguage intelligent identification method disclosed by the invention, the accessor can hear or see voices, files or videos and images of a related page which are related to an accessed party by virtue of familiar mother language before entering a site, the site or a service provider can provide more individual services
