Abstract The invention discloses a method for automatically estimating and realizing flight quality of pilots, belonging to the field of automatic estimation of flight quality. The method comprises the steps of: firstly, performing flight phase division; next, according to phase start conditions and end conditions, performing phase judgment on all the data; then, performing subject division in the phase; and then according to subject start conditions and end conditions, performing subject judgment on all the data in the phase; finally, according to the set three-level scoring rule, performing automatic scoring on scoring items in subjects. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the flight phase can be accurately judged, the judgment and calculation range of flight actions can be reduced by judging the subjects in the phase and scoring the scoring items, and the flight operation level of the pilots can be correctly and efficiently estimated.
