Abstract The invention relates to a radix pseudostellariae white tea, which is characterized by being prepared by mixing white tea and radix pseudostellariae in a mass ratio of 8-10:1. The invention also relates to a preparation technology of the radix pseudostellariae white tea. The method is characterized by comprising steps of: slicing radix pseudostellariae; and mixing the white tea and the radix pseudostellariae in a mass ratio of 8-10:1. The radix pseudostellariae white tea prepared by the invention can be stewed for drinking and has good mouth feel, efficacies of enhancing immunity and resisting fatigue and broad-spectrum antibacterial property.
