Abstract | The invention relates to a pulse regulating method which comprises the following steps: detecting the working voltage of a load at the feedback end of a pulse width modulation controller; using the pulse width modulation controller to judge whether the load is in light load state or heavy load state; enabling the pulse width modulation controller to work in normal mode if the load is in the heavy load state; enabling the pulse width modulation controller to enter into the pulse omission mode if the load is in the light load state, and detecting the working voltage which is outputted to the load at the feedback end; using the pulse width modulation controller to judge whether the working voltage which is outputted to the load is normal or not; keeping the pulse width modulation controller for a plurality of clock cycles in the pulse omission mode if the working voltage is on the low side, and continuing detecting whether the working voltage which is outputted to the load is normal or not at the feedback end; a |
