Abstract | The invention discloses a dispatch method and an evolvement-type base station. The method comprises the following steps of: determining to cancel a first spectral efficiency of a UCI (Unified Communication Identity)-multiplexed business and a second spectral efficiency of the UCI-multiplexed business according to numbers of obtained MCSs (Master Control Sets) and RBs (Radio Beacons); determining a sum of the first spectral efficiency and a spectral efficiency wave which is set by a system to be a third spectral efficiency; judging whether the second spectral efficiency is less than the spectral efficiency; if so, dispatching the business and the UCI by using the MCS; otherwise, regulating the MCS until the second spectral efficiency is less than the third spectral efficiency, and dispatching the business and the UCI by using the adjusted MCS.
