Abstract | The invention relates to a production device for a fiber-reinforced core by adopting a material pre-impregnating method, which comprises a twisting device and a wrapping device, wherein the twisting device consists of creels and forming holes; and the fiber-reinforced core is arranged on the creels of which the tension can be adjusted positively and negatively. The production device is characterized in that a material pre-impregnating device is arranged in front of the twisting device and comprises the creels, a thread guiding plate, a dehumidifier, a glue impregnating groove, a glue extruding device, a pre-curing device, a cooling device and the wrapping device. Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the advantages that: firstly, the material pre-impregnating device is additionally arranged, so that the resin content of a product can be controlled and the mechanical property of the product is improved; secondly, multi-angle and multi-direction multilayer overlapped coating layer windi |
