The invention discloses a method for cultivating epiphytic orchid, which comprises the following steps of: infecting roots of tissue culture seedlings of the epiphytic orchid with pseudocercospora sp. S3 China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) No.4148 to obtain mycorrhizal tissue culture seedlings; and transplanting the mycorrhizal tissue culture seedlings, and performing domesticating cultivation to obtain epiphytic orchid plants. Experiments prove that compared with uninoculated tissue culture seedlings, the transplanting survival rate of the tissue culture seedlingsof the epiphytic orchid, which are cultured by the method, is improved obviously, the fresh weight of plants is improved obviously, the adaptability of the plants is wide, the stress resistance of the plants is enhanced, the seedlings are promoted to grow, the hardening period of the seedlings is shortened, and the breeding cycle is short.
