Abstract | A power converter comprises an electric circuit device (110) having a plurality of semiconductor chips (111), heat release sections (121, 131), a connection member (183) containing a first nut (189), a P-electrode (130) and an N-electrode (140) connected to said electric circuit device, facing said P-electrode, and disposed so that said connection member is sandwiched between said P-electrode and said N-electrode, a capacitor block (180) having a first capacitor terminal (181) and a second capacitor terminal (182), wherein a first screw (109) connected to said first nut (189) fixes said N-electrode (140) to said connection member (183), said first capacitor terminal (181) is directly connected to said P-electrode (130), and said second capacitor terminal (182) is directly connected to said N-electrode (140). |
