The invention relates to a biogas liquid composite disinfectant liquid and a preparation method thereof. The biogas liquid composite disinfectant liquid belongs to the field of pesticide, and comprises a bactericidal composition and prepared biogas liquid which are compounded by a certain weight percent, wherein the bactericidal composition comprises the following ingredients by weight percent: 0.1-2% of propamidine, 5-10% of metalaxyl, and 94.9-88% of solvent and pesticide adjuvant. The bactericidal composition can be prepared into missible oil, aqueous emulsion or soluble liquor. The prepared bactericidal composition and the biogas liquid are uniformly mixed by the weight percent of 99.5-99.7% of the biogas liquid and 0.3-0.5% of the bactericidal composition. The disinfectant liquid provided by the invention has remarkable bactericidal effect on downy mildew and gray mold, has remarkably improved bactericidal activity in comparison with single dose and the bactericidal composition, has prolonged lasting per
