Abstract | The invention relates to a method for refining and casting steel for a low-temperature nickel pressure container, which sequentially comprises the following steps of: I, performing refining wire feeding by using an LF refining furnace so as to make molten steel comprise 0.003 to 0.005 weight percent of C, 0.30 to 0.50 weight percent of Si, 0.60 to 0.70 weight percent of Mn, less than or equal to 0.003 weight percent of S and less than or equal to 0.003 weight percent of P, and feeding calcium-silicon wires according to the ratio of 2 to 3 meters per ton of molten steel when temperature is regulated to 1,610 to 1,630 DEG C; II, performing argon stirring, namely, performing single bottom blowing at the speed of 50 to 100L/min and performing double-argon blowing unforced stirring for more than or equal to 15min to fully react the fed calcium silicon with the molten steel; III, performing RH vacuum degassing, namely, feeding the molten steel into an RH vacuum treatment station for degassing, and discharging the m |
