The method is implemented by the following technical scheme of: shelling gingko, and frying the gingko until brown; slicing pinellia tuber, decocting, and removing decoction dregs; adding alum into the decoction, decocting for 1 hour, and airing; refining common coltsfoot flower with cooked honey and water, stirring uniformly, sealing for 2 hours, and frying over low fire until the fried components are not sticky; refining the root bark of white mulberry with cooked honey and water, stirring uniformly, sealing for 30 minutes, and frying the components over low fire until brown; and boiling the components together with ephedr, liquorice and water for 15 minutes; filtering off the liquor, boiling the liquor with water for 20 minutes; removing decoction dregs; and blending the two liquors uniformly, and taking the combined liquor for several times.
