The invention provides a volumetric suction sealing filler and a preparation method thereof. The volumetric suction sealing filler is formed by mixing 72 to 84 weight percent of mixed composition and 16 to 28 weight percent of methyl silicone oil, wherein the mixed composition is formed by mixing 68 to 72 weight percent of polytetrafluoroethylene powder, 23 to 27 weight percent of glass fiber powder and 3 to 7 weight percent of (nonmetallic mineral) filling agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: mixing, pressing plates, cutting strips and pressing strips. The volumetric suction sealing filler has the advantages of good self-lubricating performance, abrasion resistance, small friction coefficient, higher plasticity and enough chemical stability, and is free from swelling and dissolving in a medium; and the preparation method has the advantages of simple preparation, convenient filling and low production cost, and can be produced, popularized and used in large scale.
