Abstract | Object To provide a manufacturing method for a brake disk and a brake disk which can improve the yield of wave disks for front and rear wheels. Solving Means In a manufacturing method for a brake disk wherein a disk member (131) is cut out from a plate-like member to manufacture brake disks (105) and (111), one disk member (131) is cut out at an intermediate portion in a diametrical direction thereof into a wave shape in a circumferential direction to produce an outer side disk (105) and an inner side disk (111). The wave portion which projects to the inner side in a diametrical direction of the outer side disk (105) is determined as an attaching portion (117) to a wheel. The wave portion of the inner side disk (111) which projects to the outer side in a diametrical direction is determined as a pad sandwiching portion (125). |
