Summary: | The invention provides an antiseptic powder coating which comprises the following components by weight percent: 30-60% of bisphenol A-epoxy resin matrix, 10-20% of polyester resin, 20-40% of filler, 1-10% of additive, 0.2-2% of carbon powder and 1-9% of metal powder, wherein the metal powder is zinc powder, aluminum powder or zinc aluminum powder. The invention further provides a manufacturing method and an applying method of the antiseptic powder coating. Bisphenol A-epoxy resin is adopted as a matrix in the antiseptic powder coating, thereby being characterized by no toxicity, abrasion resistance and the like through polyester resin curing and realizing strong adhesive to metal. The carbon powder can improve the temperature resistant performance of the coating, and the metal power containing zinc/aluminum powder can play the roles of seawater resistance and salt fog resistance.
