The invention discloses a cleaning solution and a cleaning method adopting the same, in particular to a mixed acidic solution which is used for cleaning household utensils in which gallium arsenide crystals grow and a corresponding cleaning method. The mixed acidic solution comprises nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and water, wherein, the volume ratio of nitric acid to hydrofluoric acid to water is 1-6:0.1-1.5:0.1-1.5. The method for cleaning household utensils in which gallium arsenide crystals grow comprises the following steps: soaking the household utensil in the mixed acidic solution, soaking the household utensil in aqueous solution of ammonia, surfactant ultrasonic cleaning in a vibrating manner and cleaning deionized water ultrasonic in a vibrating manner. The mixed acidic solution of the invention has stable property, reduces workload for preparing the solution, and meanwhile the residue on the dissolved household utensil of the mixed acidic solution has high speed, and can save operation time.
