Abstract | The invention discloses a vinyl acetate copolymerization emulsion and production method thereof. The emulsion is produced by the following raw material components by parts by weight: 2.90-3.10% of polyving acohol, 41.09-41.29% of vinyl acetate, 9.49-9.69% of butylacrylate, 0.99-1.19% of dibutyl phthalate, 0.47-0.67% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.25-0.30% of initiator, 0.12-0.16% of soluble carbonate, 0.01-0.03% of defoaming agent and 40-50% of deionized water. The production method thereof includes: (1) dissolution of polyvinyl alcohol; (2) monomer mixing; (3) polymerization reaction stage. The invention has the benefit effects that water resistance and flexibility are improved, pulling strength of non-woven fabric can be improved at low glue dosage, carpet nap fixing rate, stiffness and elasticity are improved, and the emulsion is environmentally friendly. |
