Abstract The present invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese pharmaceutics, which relates to a traditional Chinese medicinal preparation for treating breast cancer and preparation method thereof.The present invention adopts supplementing qi, nourishing yin, regulating the thoroughfare and controlling vessels as therapeutic principle, which adopts the extracts of the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials: radix astragali, Radix Codonopsis, bighead atractylodes rhizome, wolfberry, adenophora tetraphylla, epimedium sagittatum, Cornus officinalis, and auxiliary material to prepare a small preparation for treating breast cancer. By animal experiment and clinic trial, the results show that the preparation particles of the present invention can inhibit tumor growth and lung metastasis of tumor-bearing mice and enhance body antitumor enhance host anti-tumor immunity; the clinical studies showed that preparation particles of the present invention can obviously decrease sideeffects caused by a medic
