The invention discloses a liquid-cooled light distribution hollow type LED lamp comprising an electric connector, an LED drive, a lamp holder, an LED light source, a lamp shade and a hollow radiator, wherein the lamp shade is made of basically transparent materials. The liquid-cooled light distribution hollow type LED lamp is characterized in that a cavity positioned between the outer surface of the hollow radiator and the lamp shade is internally partially or completely filled with heat-conducting light distribution liquid; the electric connector and the LED drive are arranged in a built-in hollow chamber of the hollow radiator; the LED light source is directly arranged on the hollow radiator or arranged on the hollow radiator through an LED basal plate; and a connecting wire of the LED light source is contacted with different radiating liquids. The invention has the advantages of good radiating effect, light weight, environmental protection, durability, easy manufacture and low cost.
