Abstract The invention discloses a compound oil nasal drops and a preparation method. The compound oil nasal drops are prepared by cod-liver oil, wool grease and ofloxacin which are added with a defined amount of water. Compared with the prior art, the compound oil nasal drops of the invention is safe and effective and has stable nature; the raw materials of the basic remedy are cheap and easy to be obtained; the compound oil nasal drops is clinically applied for treating rhinitis, atrophic rhinitis and rhinitis sicca for more than twenty years; about three thousand patients use the compound oil nasal drops monthly; for the total 72 thousand patients, the total effective rate reaches more than 91.6%, and untoward effect and toxic side effect are not discovered.
