The invention provides a pigment casing loading device comprising a shell, a locking and unlocking mechanism, a first elastic component and a pigment casing ejecting mechanism, wherein the shell is provided with an opening and an inner cavity which is communicated with the opening and used for loading pigment casings; the locking and unlocking mechanism is pivoted on the shell to rotate to exert restraining force to fix the pigment casings in the inner cavity, and the locking and unlocking mechanism unloads the pigment casings when releasing the restraining force; the first elastic component is connected with the locking and unlocking mechanism and used for providing the restraining force to enable the locking and unlocking mechanism to act on the pigment casings to fix the pigment casingsin the inner cavity; and the pigment casing ejecting mechanism is used for ejecting part of the pigment casings loaded in the inner cavity out of the shell to unload the pigment casings when the locking and unlocking mechani
