Abstract | The invention provides a processing technology used for radial small holes of a discware, belonging to the technical field of the processing of the radial small hole of the discware. The processing technology mainly solves the problems that during the processing of the radial small hole of the existing discware, two-time clamping and positioning, at least two pieces of equipment are needed, and two persons are needed to carry out the single-machine operation respectively. The processing technology comprises the steps as follows: (1) after the part is primarily clamped and positioned, the partis moved to the processing position; (2) a boring shaft in radial direction moves forwards and then withdraws after drilling a small hole; (3) a shaft with a round milling cutter in a direction of 59DEG-61 DEG offsetting to the axial direction moves forwards, chamfers and deburrs the internal hole, and withdraws; (4) an index plate is manually rotated to an exact angle of 180 DEG; (5) the boringshaft in the radial directi |
