The invention relates to a polyester/polyethylene/styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer plastic waste alloy material. A polyester, polyethylene and styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer are taken as a basic material and added with auxiliary agents such as compatilizers; the mass portions of each component are as follows: 50 portions to 80 portions of PET, 10 portions to 30 portions of PE,10 portions to 15 portions of SBS, 3 portions to 15 portions of compatilizers, 6 portions to 20 portions of fillings, 0 portion to 15 portions of antioxidants, 0 portion to 9 portions of chain extenders and 0 portion to 9 portions of dispersants. A PET bottle chip is put into a reaction kettle, stirred, heated, added with the chain extenders, the PET bottle chip, polyethylene grafted with maleic anhydride, the SBS, the antioxidants, the dispersants and the fillings in sequence and evenly stirred; then granulation is carried out.
