Summary: | The invention discloses an antiwear laser strengthening cutting pick for a coal mining unit and a processing method thereof. The conical surface of a body of the cutting pick is provided with a laser strengthening layer. The processing method for the antiwear laser strengthening layer comprises the following steps: a laser energy beam is utilized to perform laser cladding, surface alloying or laser quenching strengthening to the conical surface of the cutting pick, thereby improving the hardness and the wear resisting property of the conical position on the end part of the cutting pick, prolonging the wear rate, effectively protecting a hard alloy tool bit, and prolonging the service life of the cutting pick. |
