The invention discloses a screw preparation machine for shaking a screw tray to prepare screws, comprising a bottom plate and a shaking device. The bottom plate is used for fixing a fixed part of the shaking device; a movable part of the shaking device drives the screw tray to shake; to-be-prepared screws in the screw tray are prepared into screw preparation holes in the screw tray. Due to the screw preparation machine adopting the technical proposal, after the screw tray where the to-be-prepared screws are placed is fixed on a machine, the machine is turned on for driving the screw tray to shake and preparing the to-be-prepared screws into a plurality of screw preparation holes of the screw tray, so as to provide convenience for a subsequent screw beating process, which saves labor and improves efficiency.
