Summary: | Discloses are a lead-free piezoelectric ceramic KNbO3 superfine powder and a process for preparing sintered body, which belong to the field of piezoelectric ceramics. The invention is used to resolve problems of the traditional KN superfine powder of high energy consumption, cribble powder, easily aggregating and low activity. The invention comprises steps of using zirconium dioxide as a grinding medium, using absolute ethyl alcohol as a dispersion medium and then ball grinding K2CO3 and Nb2O5 in 6-12h, wherein the mole ratio of K2CO3 to Nb2O5 is 1 : 1, adding KCl molten salt in the mass ratio of 1 : 5-3 : 7 of the molten salt to the raw materials and ball grinding in 6-12h, further achieving crystallization of the compound in 600 DEG C-900 DEG C in 2-4h, washing the compound in deionized water until the filtration has no chloride ion and drying the filtration, thereby obtaining the KN superfine powder. Furthermore, compressing and forming the KN superfine powder, and sintering in oxygen atmosphere in 1000 DE |
