Abstract The invention relates to sesame paste honey and a preparation method thereof.The invention contains material with the following weight share: 50-85 shares of honey and 15-50 shares of sesame paste. The material can contain stabilizer of less than or equal to 5 shares.The preparation method includes the processes: the stabilizer of less than or equal to 5 shares and the 50-85 shares of honey are fully mixed evenly by proportion; the 15-50 shares of sesame paste is added by proportion to carry out mechanical strong stirring and mixing; then the material is heated, processed by degasification invacuum, sterilized for 20 minutes in temperature of 95 DEG C, and then is filled in bottles and sealed when the material is hot.
