The invention discloses a control method of intelligent network service call speaking time. The method includes: if the prior speaking time is the last speaking time, after prolonging the residual speaking time of pre-pay users, SCP sends out charge application information with play warning tone mark to a service switch point; or else, SCP sends out the charge application information without play warning tone mark to SSP and deducts fees for the pre-pay users after the speaking finishes; if the users' actual speaking time is no less than the maximum users speaking time, SCP deducts the fees by the maximum users speaking time; or else, by the users' actual speaking time. The invention prolongs a period of speaking time for users on the last speaking time enjoyed by users and adds the warning tone at the beginning of the prolonged period of time. Users will not be influenced by the warning tone within the enjoyed speaking time, which can improve users experience effect.
