Abstract The motor iron core surface treating method relates to motor producing process, especially stator iron core producing process. High strength insulating epoxy paint and curing agent are mixed to form surface paint and spayed to the outer surface of motor stator iron core before naturally curing at normal temperature. The present invention makes it possible to eliminate the casing of motor and expose the beautiful and insulated stator iron core outside, and this can device parts of motor, reduce volume, and lower manufacture and transportation cost.
