Summary:The method involves connecting a group of strands (1) to a small size shuttle (2) placed inside a casing. The shuttle is driven towards an anchor zone (16a). The shuttle is rotated around its main axis in a direction opposite to the entangling formed between driving and guiding units, when the shuttle comes closer to the zone. The strands are separated from the shuttle and are stressed. The strands are connected to the shuttle, near another anchor zone (16b). The driving and guiding units are constituted of guide wire (7), cablets (6a, 6b), and hoisting and lowering winches (15a, 15b).
